A BIT OF BACKGROUND

A&K Danes was founded on the core principal of preserving the breed.

 

We started off as having a single dog and it quickly grew to two...then three... now currently, we are up to six. That's 24 paws! With every addition we knew something was different about us. All of these wonderful pets give us something to love and take care of but also remind us to be humble and kind. The look in their eyes from the start of the day to the end is filled with nothing but hope and love. 

 

Ultimately, we have decided we want to share those same emotions and feelings with as many people as possible. 

Personally, I've spent many years in varying fields caring for animals. It's not work for us, it's a passion. This drove us to start-up our own breeding program. We refuse to cut corners in the process from start to finish.
